Battle Pass switch

Upload this folder to:
  /var/www/html/api/v2/battlepass/

Edit config.json:
  {"battlepass_enabled": 1}

1 = show the Battle Pass button in the HUD.
0 = hide the button.

The mobile client reads config.php when the HUD is created. If the file is
missing or invalid, the button stays hidden by default.
